DJ Zirk was the original Memphis gangsta rap producer. His lyrics were hardcore, direct, and to the point. He also worked with 8Ball & MJG, Kingpin Skinny Pimp, and the Three 6 Mafia. Though he was briefly stolen by Calvin Rhodes, Zirk continues to work on his music. We should not forget his contributions to the world of hip hop, however.
